By the end of the program, you’ll have the hands-on skills required to provide support for end users and collaborate in IT, ERP, and CRM environments, working with tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
This diploma program is designed to give you the essential knowledge to become a skilled PC Support Technician. You’ll study in-depth subjects like computer systems, operating systems, networking technologies, hardware, and software—all fundamental for a support or specialist career.
You’ll also gain the practical skills to identify, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across both Microsoft Windows and Linux systems.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
